Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 October 2026

Cravio AI ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Who we are

Cravio AI is an Australian AI consultancy. You can contact us about privacy at info@cravioai.com or on +61 478 953 337. Our legal entity name and ABN will be added here. [To be reviewed]

What we collect

  • Free AI audit form: your name, work email, company, phone number (optional), business type, and anything you tell us about where your business loses time.
  • Website chat enquiry: the guided chat asks for your name, company, email, phone (optional), industry and the problem you'd like help with. Your answers are kept in your browser session while you chat and are sent to us only when you finish the enquiry. The chat is a scripted form; it does not use an AI service.
  • Call bookings: if you book a call through our Cal.com booking calendar, Cal.com collects your name, email, chosen time and any answers to booking questions, and shares them with us.
  • Emails and calls: information you choose to give us when you contact us directly.

We do not ask for sensitive information and ask you not to include it in forms or messages.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how our website is used, such as which pages are visited and how quickly they load. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build personal profiles; we see aggregated statistics only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The chat stores your in-progress conversation in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab. The Cal.com booking calendar is loaded from Cal.com and may use its own cookies or storage; see Cal.com's privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, run the free AI Opportunity Audit, schedule and hold calls, prepare quotes, provide our services, and keep records of our dealings with you. We may also send you information about our services if you have asked for it or it relates to your enquiry, and you can opt out at any time. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and our business:

  • Cloudflare provides our cookie-free website analytics (aggregated usage statistics).
  • Netlify hosts this website and receives and stores form submissions (audit form and chat enquiries), and sends us email notifications of them.
  • Cal.com provides our booking calendar.
  • Google provides calendar and video meeting services (Google Calendar and Google Meet) used for booked calls, and may provide our email services. [To be reviewed]

Our team does not access client data from outside Australia. Personal information is only stored or processed overseas by the service providers listed above.

We may also disclose information where required or authorised by law.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the service providers listed above store and process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps under APP 8 to ensure overseas recipients handle your information consistently with the APPs. [To be reviewed]

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and multi-factor authentication on the services we use. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Access and correction

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cravioai.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, usually 30 days.

Complaints

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
